we will happily return advance payments for big pre bookings or for normal customer if they inform us at least 18-24 hours prior, unless we were not able to refund the money.

Our customers can easily change their appointments at any point of time by either directly calling on the office or by emailing. it is advisable to do at least 3 hours early. Thank you.
